Retell Lecture Introduction

Retell Lecture tests your ability to listen to an academic lecture, take useful notes and retell the main information in your own words.

A strong answer gives the topic, several key points and a clear overall summary. You do not need to repeat every detail. Focus on the main message and speak in a clear, organised way.

中文说明：Retell Lecture 是复述讲座题。你需要听一段学术内容，做笔记，然后用自己的话复述主要信息。

这个题不是逐字复述，而是抓主题、关键词、主要观点和结论。回答要有结构，不能只报一串不连贯的单词。

What to focus on

• Take notes on the topic, key nouns, numbers and relationships.
• Organise your answer into a short spoken summary.
• Do not over-focus on minor details.
• Keep speaking clearly until your answer is complete.

练习重点

• 回答时用总结结构，不要只念笔记。
• 不要为了一个听漏的细节卡住。
• 保持发音、流利度和整体表达完整。
