What Is PTE Academic? / PTE Academic 是什么？
PTE Academic is a computer-based English test used for study, migration and professional purposes. It assesses Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening in one test session. Because PTE uses integrated skills, one question type may affect more than one skill score.
PTE Academic 是机考英语考试，常用于留学、移民和职业认证。考试会评估 Speaking、Writing、Reading、Listening 四项能力。PTE 的特别之处是很多题型会交叉影响多个分数，所以备考时不能只看题型名称，要看它真正影响哪些能力。

Not every PTE question type has the same impact on your final score. Some tasks affect multiple skills, while others mainly help you understand the test process. Use this chart to decide which tasks deserve more practice time.
