Start with the Study Planner, or send us your target score, exam date and current situation through WeChat or WhatsApp. We can help you identify a suitable next step.
What should I include in my message? 咨询时需要提供什么？
If possible, tell us your target score, planned test date, previous PTE result and the areas you find most difficult. 如果方便，可以告诉我们目标分数、预计考试时间、以往成绩和主要薄弱项。
Can I ask about account or course access issues? 可以咨询账户或课程访问问题吗？
Yes. Please send a screenshot and the email address used for your Walnut English account, but never send your password. 可以，请发送问题截图和注册邮箱，但请勿发送密码。
How quickly will I receive a reply? 多久可以收到回复？
